Shipping/Delivery

All goods delivered will be left at the door due to the Covid 19 no contact delivery The purchaser accepts full responsibility for the goods once delivered to the delivery address.

Returns Policy

At From The First Stitch To The Last & Janet Collins Designs we take time to prepare your order with care. All orders are checked before they are sent to ensure your goods arrive as ordered. If you believe your item is incorrect, damaged or faulty you must notify us by email at fromthefirststitchtothelast@iinet.net.au within 7 days of receipt. A full refund or exchange (including postage) will be given in this instance as long as the goods are returned to us via registered mail to:

We do not refund if you have a change of mind about your purchase, however we are happy to offer a store credit or exchange if the goods are returned to us (again via registered mail) in a saleable condition. If this is the case please mail to the same address noted above. We will contact you once the goods are returned and advise how to use your credit/exchange. Postage costs will not be included in credits.

Please check your fabric carefully before cutting it as once this has been done a refund or exchange will not be accepted.

Sale items and swatches cannot be returned for any reason.
