Bulky items are sent via our freight company, and a street address will be required for this, not a P.O. Box number.
Please allow 14 days delivery, however in most cases you will get your parcel much sooner. During our sale months it may take up to 21 days delivery.
From The First Stitch To The Last & Janet Collins Designs cannot be held responsible for missing goods if an incorrect delivery address was quoted at time of order. To ensure that your parcel is delivered safely, please check that your delivery address is correct before you confirm your order.
All goods delivered will be left at the door with no contact under the Covid 19 rules and laws. The purchaser accepts full responsibility for the goods once delivered to the delivery address.
Customer satisfaction is important to us and we ask that you examine all shipments immediately upon receipt. If defective or incorrect merchandise is received, you MUST notify us either by email, telephone or facsimile within 7 days of receipt.

If, however goods are faulty, we will allow you to return the goods for a refund or exchange for the same item (depending on availability). Refunds will be processed through the respective credit card companies once the items are returned to us. All returned items must be returned unused and in the same condition as sold along with your customer receipt (original or photocopy).
